Function:

the transmission shaft stands out from the transmission (30 mm!) and flexibly the consequence becomes bent when hard or fast switching: the gear are not inserted cleanly! The storage of the Shiftholders supports the control shaft up to the control arm off and prevents a distorting of the wave. Gear are switched more directly and more precisely.
